Black Triangle Sighting in Vancouver, British Columbia on 2017-08-16 17:03:00 – Craft with trail is following dark straight line in sky

The following exert is an eye witness statement. Please read into it what you will. This has been reported to mufon who I am sure are investigating:

As i was driving eastbound on hwy 99 from vancouver to home, i noticed a very straight and very thin unwavering black line in the sky from horizon to horizon. it appeared to be perfectly east-west and very, very high up as if the sky had been split in two. it was strange indeed. the line seemed not like a trail from a previous plane; it seemed way too thin and straight and black. a white or reflective chevron or triangular object was following this path exactly, but this was leaving a white trail that dispersed much like an airplane would leave. after taking the video my phone went dead (from near full charge) and would not recover for hours and the sd card was corrupted. i later copied the video successfully. pardon the quality, it was done through windshield and does not show the line or the object well, but perhaps you can enhance something. i have a secret security clearance and have worked on some very interesting things for the industrial military complex over my years, yet i have not seen the sky apparently split like this before. maybe you can shed light on it.
