MISSING MH370: Could ALIENS have been behind one of world’s most perplexing mysteries? – Express.co.uk

THE fate of missing Malaysia Airlines flight MH370 has perplexed the world for more than three years… but now an outlandish theory claims it could shed light on what happened.

Was missing Malaysia Airlines flight MH370 taken by ALIENS?

Some conspiracy theorists claim the lost plane could have been taken by aliens and even zapped through a space/time portal.

The speculation of extraterrestrial involvement in the disappearance of the aircraft three years ago is the most bizarre explanation yet for the sudden vanishing.

The flight, carrying 239 passengers and crew was last seen on March 8, 2014 after the Boeing 777 took off from Kuala Lumpur bound for Beijing, in China.

After an hour into the flight, all radar contact was lost as the jet flew northeastwards over the Gulf of Thailand.

British UFO expert Nigel Watson revealed details of the bizarre conspiracy theory in an article on omni.media.

He looked at the various conspiracy theories which range from hijacking by terrorists or cyber criminals to a cockpit fire or other fault, being gunned down or pilot suicide.

What happened to MH370 remains a mystery.

He said: “Its fate has been surrounded in a fog of conspiracy, rumours and speculation.

“These range from the credible to far-fetched.”

He said the most extreme beliefs were that “the aircraft was abducted by a UFO, or a time/space vortex gobbled it up”.

A spate of UFO sightings in Malaysia at the time of the disappearance have allegedly been linked to being “proof” of extra-terrestrial involvement seen on radar.

And, 10 per cent of Americans agree with the theory that “space aliens, time travellers or beings from another dimension” pulled the plane out of the sky, according to CNN research.

Mr Watson wrote: “With the passage of time MH370 has joined the ranks of other unsolved aircraft disappearances, which have been associated with UFOs.

In the case of MH370 there is likely to be a more Earthly explanation for its disappearance.

“These include the disappearance of solo aviator Amelia Earhart in the mid-Pacific in 1937; Glenn Miller over the English Channel in 1944; Flight 19 on a training mission in the Bermuda Triangle in 1945; Frederick Valentich in October 1978 who was lost over the Bass Straight, South Australia, after seeing strange lights moving above his aircraft.

“Speculation about such cases being caused by craft occupied by extraterrestrial beings or by elusive sky creatures is nothing new.”

Mr Watson said Charles Fort, a collector of mysteries in the early part of the twentieth Century, noted in his book Lo!: “Unknown, luminous things, or beings, have often been seen, sometimes close to this earth, and sometimes high in the sky.

“It may be that some of them were living things that occasionally come from somewhere else.”

Last year UFO blogger Scott C waring claimed to have found MH370 underwater on Google Earth.

Trevor Constable pioneered photography of UFOs using infrared film in the 1960s.

He speculated UFOs were actually biological beings, which become visible as they near Earth.

His 1958 book They Live in the Sky claimed infrared film could capture them on camera.

Mr Watson, however, remains unconvinced that aliens in a  UFO took MH370.

He added: “Perhaps there are luminous or ‘invisible’ jelly-fish like creatures that inhabit our skies, or aliens invade our skies, but in the case of MH370 there is likely to be a more Earthly explanation for its disappearance.

“The tragedy is that with the passage of time the facts are getting increasingly lost and distorted, making the burden for the grieving relatives heavier with each insubstantial clue or unproved theory.”
