UFO Sighting in Austin, Texas on 2018-08-04 19:45:00 – Daughter though was star noticed it wasn’t then noticed it was not

The following exert is an eye witness statement. Please read into it what you will. This has been reported to mufon who I am sure are investigating:

This evening around 1940-2000 my daughter looked up and said look the first star of the night. my wife and i looked up because it is not a normal location for our usual bright stars. we looked at it for a minute to notice it was first moving, then notice it did not represent any kind of airplane. my wife then began filming the video i have attached to this email as i looked on with a pair of binoculars. even with the binoculars it still did not look anything like a plane then in a blink it was gone from view.
