The following exert is an eye witness statement. Please read into it what you will. This has been reported to mufon who I am sure are investigating:
I was outside with a friend listening to music on july 12th around 8:40ish. i noticed a strange looking cloud approaching. it was strange because it stayed the same shape that it originally arrived in.I stood in the driveway and pointed the camera. taking stills and videoing. the lightning only went off in the head like portion, not in the rest of the cloud.
