UFO Sighting in Citrus Heights, California on 2018-02-12 20:49:00 – Saw flashing light with no sound. forgot about it until looking through phone photos

The following exert is an eye witness statement. Please read into it what you will. This has been reported to mufon who I am sure are investigating:

I was walking outside and just happened to look up and saw this flashing light. i thought it was probably a drone but decided to take photos so i could look at it more closely later. the object was flashing at a consistent rate but made no sound. i couldn’t really tell how far away it was. i saw it for just a few minutes then it just stopped flashing. the odd thing about the experience was that when i came back inside my building i never mentioned it to my wife and just kind of forgot all about it until i was going through my phones photo album.
