UFO Sighting in Columbus, Ohio on 2019-05-05 16:00:00 – Transparent balloon like sphere with horizontal bar like appendage below.

The following exert is an eye witness statement. Please read into it what you will. This has been reported to mufon who I am sure are investigating:

Was outside on a very bright clear sunday afternoon when i noticed something reflective rise about 1/2 mile north of my backyard. it moved to the east then paused. i first thought that it was a mylar balloon but this was absolutely transparent, much like a garment bag loosely inflated floating into the air. the sun was really reflecting off of its surface giving a pulsing light effect. when it paused and hovered i thought that it might have been a model helicopter or drone because i heard a buzzing like blades, but it didn’t produce the sound always. it slowly moved about 1000 feet south then paused again. i remember the buzzing sound again. it then continued south about 100 feet and suddenly tumbled down about twenty feet from turbulence. it then got its bearings and continued slowly south roughly following i-71 slowly climbing to about 20* off the horizon about twenty miles away. it appeared to change shape briefly after that tumble, like a deflated bag would appear to fold onto itself and then unfold back into shape. it had a horizontal clear bar just below the sphere that i guessed to be arms to hold motors if it was a drone.
what strikes me as odd is that if it was a toy helicopter or drone it clearly left the area by dozens of miles. if it was a clear garment bag floating in the air, why did it travel against the wind. (63*f at 7mph wind nw at 4:15 /weather app info) (the size of an aspirin held at arms length when it was first spotted, but comparing this to news helicopters that fly around here it appeared to be just a little less than half the size of a full size copter.
