UFO Sighting in Elma, Washington on 2018-07-21 21:45:00 – Noticed in the west after seing venis just north it was moving slow and brighter than venis when ask anther pilot to come with his field glasses

The following exert is an eye witness statement. Please read into it what you will. This has been reported to mufon who I am sure are investigating:

after leaving mitch blacks hanger, i look to see venus pass over the horizon to the west when i notice an other sphere brighter then venus. i watched it for a minute and it was moving vary slow, too slow to be a satellite so i called mitch out side and to bring his binoculars with him.
we look at the bright orb to see if their were any running lights or collision avoidance strobes and there were none.
we view the orb for and other 10 minutes as it past under a clown cover at 10,000 to 15,000 ft. and it did not change brightness and mitch commented to me that there was no noise.
we both agreed that it was not an aircraft or satellite as it clearly passed under the cloud and air craft due not have landing lights pointed to the rear.
