UFO Sighting in Illinois on 2017-10-03 06:27:00 – Flying from chicago to evansville, in. sitting at cruising altitude. i was taking a video of the clouds. watching the film back i saw lights and flashing in the sky.

The following exert is an eye witness statement. Please read into it what you will. This has been reported to mufon who I am sure are investigating:

Left o’hare international airport flying to evensville indiana on 10/3/17. the weather was pretty clear. once we were at cruising altitude i decided to take videos with my phone out the window of the plane. i assume we were anywhere between 25 to 35 thousand ft. i took the first video at at 6:24am. it was a 31 second video. i watched it and decided to take another. the second video was taken at 6:27am. a 24 second video. i was watching the clouds through my phone at the time. once i watched the video back i noticed flashing lights coming from a light cloud. i showed my wife and we were kind of shocked and kept trying to justify the flashes. the other video showed no flashes. i watched the video frame by frame and did not see lightning or a reflection. they only lasted 4 or 5 seconds. i still don’t really know what it was, but something was flashing and in the frame by frame shots seems to have a long flat look.

the flashed bounced in one area moving right to left and downward. when looking closely i noticed a small object or point of light for a second once the flashing stopped heading downward then disappearing.
