UFO Sighting in Jamestown, New York on 2018-02-20 22:00:00 – Bright white round light hovered for three minutes moved east and blinked twice and was gone

The following exert is an eye witness statement. Please read into it what you will. This has been reported to mufon who I am sure are investigating:

I was looking out the back window of my bedroom when i noticed an unusual and unknown white round light hovering above the hilltop across a valley from my house. the distance was approximately 1 to 2 miles. i observed the light for approximately four minutes. during that time the brilliance of the light did not waver and the light itself was stationary. then the light slowly moved to the east ,stopped, blinked twice , and disappeared.
