The following exert is an eye witness statement. Please read into it what you will. This has been reported to mufon who I am sure are investigating:
No stars were out, few clouds. noticed bright star in the sky stationary and the it brightened then faded away within 5-8 seconds. it was super bright. brighter than any star i’ve ever seen. when it disappeared it went almost strait up. it went away from the earth. it was on route 30a coming up from fonda on the left. i was thinking why is this star out and why so bright. then when it brightened and disappeared and knew it was not from this earth. then i looked it up today and was amazed that others say the same thing across the world around the same days.
