UFO Sighting in Las Vegas, Nevada on 1991-06-20 00:00:00 – On 15 northbound saw sphere above crane on stratophere motionless then lifted slowly and faded out of sight

The following exert is an eye witness statement. Please read into it what you will. This has been reported to mufon who I am sure are investigating:

I was traveling northbound on i15 close to flamingo when i saw what looked like a reflection on the windshield the color of streetlights, that yelloeish color the city was changing to in the early 1990s. the reflection never moved so i knew it was not a reflection, the stratosphere was being built at that time, where the three legs were spreading back out with wooden scaffolding around the top with a crane on the top. i saw a sphere about the same size as the scaffolding that looked like it was resting on top of crane. as i got closer the sphere slowly lifted up then went out of sight. i believe the sphere was shiny silver reflecting the yellow streetlights and when it rose up it faded out of sight. during the 90s i was driving on the 15 every night, i have never seen anything like that before or since then. thank you for reading this. sincerely glenn tissaw
