The following exert is an eye witness statement. Please read into it what you will. This has been reported to mufon who I am sure are investigating:
Object was oval shaped, appeared to be translucent with lights that went around the center and seemed to have two lights on the top. barely visible with the naked eye, very visible with telescope.
