UFO Sighting in Sacramento, California on 2017-08-17 23:35:00 – Huge orb fell over apartment and flashed

The following exert is an eye witness statement. Please read into it what you will. This has been reported to mufon who I am sure are investigating:

I walked outside to let my dog go pee, and a huge white orb flew over the treetops and flashed once. it was going in a straight line at about 50 mph, and emitted a whitish tail or short beam of light out the tail end. it looked about 10 feet in diameter and flew over the trees in back of the apartments about 60 feet away.

i immediately emailed southern california mufon director earl grey anderson, and told him what happened. i am reporting it now to see if anyone in sacramento area seen it too.
