UFO Sighting in Saint Petersburg, Florida on 2017-12-22 21:58:00 – Quiet extremely fast moving red pulsing object

The following exert is an eye witness statement. Please read into it what you will. This has been reported to mufon who I am sure are investigating:

I was walking e along 102 ave n. with my dog at around 2145 on 12/22/2017 when i happened to notice in the sky a bright red pulsing light moving at a high rate of speed from the north. there was no sound, this was moving much faster than any civilian or military aircraft i have ever seen. while i was getting my cell phone out to try and get a video it made an extremely break neck speed 90degree turn to fly east. i got a 5 second video before i lost view of it again and then noticed it was flying back towards tampa (north). which it had to have taken another extremely fast 90 degree turn. the first turn wasn’t even a bank turn that it made. it was almost instant, like that of a helo that just turns on it’s axis in a hover instead of doing a gradual turn but this was moving at a very high rate of speed at the time.
when i seen it i felt kind of uneasy, but this wouldn’t be my first sighting of unexplained unearthly flying objects.
i have attached the video, it looks like it’s flashing light when it was really pulsing. there were no other light colors, not even white. the noise heard in the video is a light breeze through the trees.
