UFO Sighting in Umatilla, Oregon on 2018-11-03 20:00:00 – North to south flight path/ high elevation (20000 ft) laser

The following exert is an eye witness statement. Please read into it what you will. This has been reported to mufon who I am sure are investigating:

i was in prison: prisoning. i just happened to look up at the right time and noticed a moving light that was at the right altitude to be a passenger or cargo jet but was moving too slow and it didn’t have red or blue running lights like normal craft. it was just me and one other guy out in the rec yard and i suppose he was looking at the craft as well. when the craft slowed or seemed to slow it shone a white laser at one or both of us. my fellow inmate said “what was that light it shone at us?” i replied “it stole our soul” but deep in my subconscious, i though or felt i received some sort of information and that it would be made know to my conscious mind by some trigger or in my time of need of the said information. i lost sight by looking away and dismisirly joking about the event to the only other witness. i hope what ever it was will help positively benefit humanity.
