UFO Sighting in Wakefield, Virginia on 2017-08-23 06:10:00 – I was driving up 460 towards richmod va.When this bright star light oranges yellow in color was hovering. then i noticed this thing was slowly dimming out. then got super bright like the sun. then dimmed back out slowly after 15 min of being visual.

I was driving up 460 towards richmod va.When this bright star light oranges yellow in color was hovering. then i noticed this thing was slowly dimming out. then got super bright like the sun. then dimmed back out slowly after 15 min of being visual. this was not a plane. i also felt this craft could see me and was aware of my acknowledgement of it. i then called the local news to see if any body else had reported it.
