Late at night with friends in an amphitheater facing east, i was watching the sky while we waited for others to join us. the rest were chatting, i was stargazing. i saw what i assumed to be two airplanes flying a standard height, in a very loose (widely separated) but consistent pattern. they were flying a straight line, north to south. i observed them as i was facing east. they had lights flashing on wings similar to any human aircraft has at night. after approximately 7 seconds of watching them, they seemed to suddenly descend as they flew and the distance between them decreased dramatically. i could only be confused for a moment, because once the distance between them seemed to be less than a football field’s length, the further from me of the two crafts pivoted around the other one, whose forward motion halted. they then flew back in the direction they’d come from, in an ascending path. i could only guess this was so by the fact that the lights grew very faint. they seemed to cover the distance i’d watched them fly for the first seven second in less than 1. the most unforgettable aspect of this sighting was the trail the craft(s) left as they flew faster than i’ve ever seen anything fly before. it was as though a meteor had grazed our atmosphere, but it started from their location and ascended into the atmosphere. i gasped and immediately asked if anyone else had seen it, but none of my friends did. for reference, i study engineering, my dad was a pilot, i’ve watched a rocket launch. i know what the physical bounds on existing aircraft are. i have no explanation for what i saw. i had nothing in my system, i was completely sober, there is absolutely nothing leaving any doubt in my mind that what i saw can not be explained by my own senses or by humans. i know it’s been nearly 3 years since this happened, but i will never forget it for as long as i live.

[abduction case]

On saturday june 22 at approximately 8am local time, i had stopped for gas while traveling west on interstate 70 through kansas. the sky was overcast with cloud bases estimated to be 2000 -2500 feet. i was stopped (approximately at the 17 mile marker facing east, on the phone looking east when i saw a flash of light (first interpreted as a meteor) dart from the clouds in a near vertical path and disappear into the ground. it traveled from the cloud base to the ground in roughly 1.5 – 2 seconds but did not make a sound. it did not leave a smoke trail or project any characteristics that solid material would be expected to display. i instantly commented to my friends on the phone what i had just seen referring at first to it being a meteor but then questioned the remark recounting that it displayed no characteristics of a meteor and made no sound of impact.

My son said he seen a ufo looking thing with a red light which we assumed was just a drone looking out our front window between some trees. he said it was flying odd like up and down not like a normal plane. a minute later i looked out the door just to take another look and i seen what i thought was a gray plane about the size of a fighter jet around a thousand feet elevation. the disk banked right while making a slight upward direction and that’s when i seen zero wings no tail rutter no windows nothing . i’ve seen plenty of planes crop dusters helicopter you name it this was a very classic disk and to big to be a drone. the reason i’m making this report is because it was broad daylight with traffic near my home so someone else had to have seen it. i did see a commercial jet pass by above the cascade mt range at typical height i know my air traffic in this area well . this was a good size and moving very odd but it was the right banking move that told me this is not a plane.

Woke up at 3 am to open my windows and i saw light in the sky. went outside to take pictures and video

I am ex-military (twenty years army / airborne) i consider myself a trained observer with a long history of interest in and work around all types of military and civilian aircraft. i did not recognize the craft i observed. it was clearly outlined against the early evening twilight as it passed almost directly overhead. i immediately noticed it was odd. when it dawned on me what i was seeing i studied it for any features i could recognize. this was what they taught us in the army. wings to fuselage ratio, width / length, wings straight or swept?, number and type of engines, etc… this had no engines. it was a solid triangle with one large constant white light at each corner. there was a large red light that appeared to strobe inside a dome protruding from the center bottom. i could not observe the sides or top. the edges were smooth.

i was sitting on the back porch facing east waiting for a full moon to rise over the blue mountains. i heard a deep rumble coming over the house from the west which made me look up. it sounded to me like the sound a jet engine makes when it lands and reverses thrust. i lived and worked around airbases most of my career. i pride myself on being able to identify an aircraft by sound. they all sound different based on the engines they use. this was different. it didn’t have the high pitch whine that commercial aircraft have.

i knocked on the window and yelled at my wife; “ufo, ufo!. she came out and saw it too. it wasn’t moving very fast. another odd thing; slow, deliberate flight. i tried to judge speed; the question i can’t answer is height. obviously it would appear to move slow if it was high. if it was high, say 5 to 10 thousand feet then it was huge. i’ve watched planes fly over at all kinds of altitudes. everything about this was odd. we watched it slowly move in a straight line and disappear over the mountains.

i didn’t see them when it was overhead but both the wife and i began to notice “fireflies”. small lights (white) would appear and disappear at random intervals and locations in the vacinity of the craft. it was like it was being escorted by a fleet of drones.

on the second night my wife walked out on to the back porch at twilight and made a joke about “it’s about this time the ufo showed up…” and we heard the rumble and there it was again. same, same. west to east, same height, ‘fireflies’ present… i made a point of watching the night sky with a camera ready on the third night but of course, no show.

On 6/22 myself & 3 others were leaving an event in orange county ny. what we thought was the north star began moving erratically, up, down, circular, swinging, triangular, erratic and pulsating motions. it was very high in the sky but we could clearly see it. it pulsed then appeared to burst then come back together. the object is round, with either another smaller round object on top or an indent. it also appears flat and cylindrical & moving very fast.

Far north side of indy, n of the broad ripple area. sunday night just after 9p est. i’d been watching commercial planes on approach to indy airport which is about 15 miles west of me. i do that a lot, i’m an airplane nerd. at my desk looking east i can see them going south, low enough and loud enough that i always hear them before i see them. they turn west over the city on final to the airport. as one roared overhead i looked up and off to the east through the trees i saw an orange orb in the air, lower than the commercial planes. it was moving slowly to the west, towards me. i went outside for a better view. it was low enough that it would be blocked by the trees for a few seconds then back into view. airliners are never blocked from view by the trees. i had enough time to go back inside and get binoculars but it didn’t help much. it turned north and when it did that it started to slowly descend until it disappeared below the trees and my line of sight. it never made a sound and the yellow orange color never changed. hard to judge distance from me or altitude other than it was lower than the planes on approach. not exactly an alien invasion, i know, but it was flying against the flow of air traffic that night and that orange color was unforgettable.
