Alien Encounter in O’Fallon, Missouri on 2019-01-31 00:00:00 – It looks like a bicycle wheel

The following exert is an eye witness statement. Please read into it what you will. This has been reported to mufon who I am sure are investigating:

I found something on google sky (in space) that i want someone to look at.
go to 9h 47m 24.0 & 69 21 30.7 go there on google sky and zoom in as far as it will let you and you will see something that looks like a wheel with 3 spokes. (well 2 spokes) i just figure 1 of the spokes in in a shadow or something. or maybe like the deep space nine space station.
