UFO Sighting in Alvaton, Kentucky on 2019-09-03 19:45:00 – Hovering/small circles, rapid direction change/movement,color-changing light that remaind in same spot for 90 minutes.

The following exert is an eye witness statement. Please read into it what you will. This has been reported to mufon who I am sure are investigating:

Observed a flickering, pulsating very bright white light to the west of our home. the object was the brightest object in the sky other than the moon. sky was clear with no clouds, low humidity, high pressure, no wind. it was shortly after last light that the object/light was noted. the object/light appeared to be be moving in an irregular pattern, making sudden turns, small circles, to/fro but staying within a very small area of the sky. the light color appeared to flicker white, red, blue. no particular color change pattern was discerned. the object was observed for 90 minutes. we went to be with the object/light continuing the movements and in the same area of the sky. the following night, no star or any other object was detected in the area of the object/light of the previous night. no object or light of any similarity was observed the following evening in the sky though the night/weather/viewing conditions were nearly identical to the night before.
