UFO Sighting in Canton, Georgia on 1968-07-31 00:00:00 – Only saw light

The following exert is an eye witness statement. Please read into it what you will. This has been reported to mufon who I am sure are investigating:

My mother step brother and i were on the way home at approximately 10 or 10:30 p.M.. we were leaving her place of employment when i noticed to the east a large illuminating light slowly falling to the earth. it was a slow descent. i just kept it to myself and never said anything to anyone about it for many years. since that time i think i have told three or four people. several months later during the daytime i saw another smaller light falling to my west as we were driving down the road a few miles away from the initial sighting. except it was during the daylight hours. the national guard armory was close by so my thought was it might have something to do with them or something that they were doing to this day i’m not sure of that. don’t know if you can help me with a question that i have but the question is this, how often are satellite dishes moved in space? around october 2017 i saw an object move from one place to another then stop planes were flying over at the same time this was at approximately 11:30 or 12 midnight
