UFO Sighting in Colmesneil, Texas on 2018-06-05 20:50:00 – Was watching first stars appear in the eastern sky. object appeared falling too fast for a plane, too slow for a meteor. extremely far away.

The following exert is an eye witness statement. Please read into it what you will. This has been reported to mufon who I am sure are investigating:

I stepped in my front yard to watch the first stars appear and enjoy the sunset. i was looking at one of the planets, i guess, because it was only one of two stationary objects visible and a little large to be a star, just a few degrees north of what i assume to be the international space station, which is very bright. suddenly a star-sized object appeared falling right next to the “planet or star” i was viewing. at first i thought it was a “satellite” or high altitude plane, which i see often at sunset on clear nights over the vast forests of east texas, which always seem to travel south to north, directly overhead, and reflect the sunsets light. but this object was too far east, and seemed to emit it’s own light rather than reflected sunlight, and descending rapidly, but not as quickly as a meteorite, or as slow as a jet. it took 9-10 seconds to fall from very high ( about 70′) to disappear behind the tree line (about 20′) i imagine it must have been very far away and very large because there were no discernable features.
