The following exert is an eye witness statement. Please read into it what you will. This has been reported to mufon who I am sure are investigating:
I was at a street fair in eugene oregon. 4th ave and blair rd. 2:17 pm. facing east. i took a picture of a colorful bus. when i got home and started doing post processing of the photo, i just happened to notice there was something in the background sky that looked peculiar.
find attached two photos.
photo 1 is the original untouched photo.
photo 2 is a crop with processing to bring out the object and help to locate it in the original file.
