UFO Sighting in Lebanon, Indiana on 2017-08-19 22:40:00 – light blinking slowly the light came on fast but dimmed slow and would be off for random amounts of time up to 15 seconds it would change direction while the light was out

The following exert is an eye witness statement. Please read into it what you will. This has been reported to mufon who I am sure are investigating:

I was on my property 3 miles south of lebanon in when i saw a bright star like light blinking slowly the light would get bright fast but dimmed slow and would be off for random amounts of time up to 15 seconds it was moving slow and would stop and hover for 10 to 20 seconds it would change direction or start moving while the light was out it was almost straight overhead when it went out and never came back on again.
