UFO Sighting in Marion, Indiana on 2011-08-18 00:00:00 – Returning from dinner with daughter and 3 grandchildren, we all saw it but cannot remember anything until we arrived at home. all felt groggy and disoriented.

The following exert is an eye witness statement. Please read into it what you will. This has been reported to mufon who I am sure are investigating:

I was driving home from dinner with my adult daughter and her 3 children, ages 9,11 and 16 years old. we followed a familiar route that passes by a wooded piece of property where beautiful horses live. as we approached the opening in the trees we all looked to the north and just above the tree tops was a very large object. it was over 100 ft in diameter and was not making any sound. that is all we can remember until we pulled into my driveway 4-5 miles away. we walked into my house in a daze. perhaps around an hour later, someone said (i don’t remember who) “are we just not going to talk about what just happened?” we all replied. it wasn’t until then that i realized it was not imagination or day dreaming.

i am a controls engineer and have never reported this, because i need to be taken seriously in my profession… but i can’t help but wonder what all happened that we can’t remember? how much time passed from when we saw the object to when we arrived at home? it’s like we had our short term memory erased.
