The following exert is an eye witness statement. Please read into it what you will. This has been reported to mufon who I am sure are investigating:
Having a after dinner party on the front deck on oak island nc.
bright object flying west to east orb like bright flys over our heads
and disappears behind the trees. 3 people saw this
they think it was a metior or space debris. the funny thing is
i had just seen the brightest shooting star i have ever seen traveling
west to east. this bright shooting star was reddish.
no one saw this but me and i asked if anyone had seen it
and no one had. it was moments after this that the blue light
described above flew over our heads.
3 people witnessed the same thing.
