The following exert is an eye witness statement. Please read into it what you will. This has been reported to mufon who I am sure are investigating:
Taking beach photos on vacation at pcb it appears i caught numerous cylindrical objects in the sky over the water, fairly close by. no enhancement at all on photo. i saw them later at home after downloading photos to my laptop & viewing vaca photos. they only appeared in one photo. i did not notice them when i took the shot. so i have to answer your questionnaire accordingly with guesses.
