UFO Sighting in Prescott, Arizona on 2002-01-01 20:00:00 – Series of red and white lights crossing from right to left

The following exert is an eye witness statement. Please read into it what you will. This has been reported to mufon who I am sure are investigating:

1. i was driving back to school on prescott lakes pkwy from the recently built super walmart.
2. it was night time and the lights crossed right in front of me.
3. i first thought it was an airplane since an airplane crossing from right to left at night will show a red and white steady light (assuming the beacon and anti-collision lights are off. beacon shouldn’t be off while engine is running).
4. a series of red and white lights, maybe a total of 15 lights, scattered randomly in an approximately 25 ft high and 150 ft long area. not very sure of the distance from me since all i saw were lights. i can relate the speeding the object to a cessna 172 flying about 500 ft in front of me, 150 ft above ground level, at 90 knots.
5. wow… i think i might have seen a ufo. when i got back to my dorm, i told my roommates but remained calm and collected about the whole thing. most of them were pilots, too.
6. it appeared in the cut in the road. saw it entering from the right side of the cut, lost sight at the left side of the cut. the cut is near the super walmart on prescott lakes pkwy. not exactly sure when it happened, but i was at embry-rudely from 2000-2003 and the walmart wasn’t there when i first started school. don’t think the section of road was there, either
