UFO Sighting in Ottawa, Ontario on 2019-02-22 18:00:00 – Blinking object with white and red light changes into large white orb and meets up with smaller orb while hovering in the sky.

The following exert is an eye witness statement. Please read into it what you will. This has been reported to mufon who I am sure are investigating:

I witnessed what at first i thought was a plane but suddenly it stopped hovered and turned into a bright ball of light. i ran and got my camera. when i came back it was back to blinking white and red lights just like a plane but more more lights blinking. i filmed it for awhile going back and forth until it transformed again into a bright white ball of light. this time i was able to catch it meeting up with a smaller orb that can be seen in the video. after a few moments it changed back to the blinking white and red lights and flew back and forth in the sky from east to south changing many times to a large white orb.

very weird and scary not sure what to think or say or do. i have a third video that i captured later in the evening when it was very dark of the same ufo that i will not be releasing.
