UFO Sighting in Palm Coast, Florida on 2018-07-23 21:15:00 – Bright green light, disappeared quickly , all lights turned off on street, and a cold sensation

The following exert is an eye witness statement. Please read into it what you will. This has been reported to mufon who I am sure are investigating:

Was outside walking my dog around 9:15pm, this is our typical schedule. all of the sudden i see this bright green light moving quickly in the sky, as in a flash, then it stops and hovers over the trees, then as if it “turned on” it’s engines, it disappears ascending into the sky in a flash. this all was less than 29 seconds, as it disappears, all the lights around me turn off in the street and a very cold feeling hits my body. my dog is staring in the sky to see where whatever that was went.
