The following exert is an eye witness statement. Please read into it what you will. This has been reported to mufon who I am sure are investigating:
Manta ray shaped craft with glowing orb either following close to, or was part of the same craft. almost directly overhead. observed this craft in cloud breaks as it flew in a straight line. normally would be able to hear jet engine when seeing airplanes at that height, but no sound was heard.
