UFO Sighting in Broomfield, Colorado on 2018-08-18 20:22:00 – Spherical light hovering under clouds for 28 min after observed lightning storm

The following exert is an eye witness statement. Please read into it what you will. This has been reported to mufon who I am sure are investigating:

I was chatting with my sister when a sudden storm broke out and lasted for about 10 minutes. 3 minutes into the storm i noticed a bright light hovering under the cloud cover and a small plane flying underneath. i orginaly thought it was a plane flying in my direction but quickly found that it was not moving towards or away from me. the light was very bright at first and pulsating at random. about 20 m=into the event the light started dimming and the object apeared more sperical. it kept dimming until it disapeared.
