UFO Sighting in Dubai, Dubai on 2018-06-13 00:00:00 – Blimping lights. got a feeling that it was coming at me

The following exert is an eye witness statement. Please read into it what you will. This has been reported to mufon who I am sure are investigating:

I was looking out my window. at first i saw lights coming from my right, i assumed it was an airplane. then it went slightly higher up and did a turn on the houses while lights were flashing. at one point, it stopped and did another turn and dissappeared behind one of the houses. the first time round, the lights were flashing, then for 2 seconds it was shining bright,then started flashing lights again.
