UFO Sighting in Panamá, Panamá on 2017-11-26 01:13:00 – The object star making a weird noise suddenly appear another but they stay still only with the light

The following exert is an eye witness statement. Please read into it what you will. This has been reported to mufon who I am sure are investigating:

I was taking in the phone when i start having this interference and i couldn’t hear the other person while i was moving to catch some signal i look in the sky and see this oval object, i feel atracted to the light like i couldn’t move but i was aware of what was goin on, is my first time i see this object but i have expirience the interference in my phone and electric divices, and am sure is because of the same object that were that night there.
