The following exert is an eye witness statement. Please read into it what you will. This has been reported to mufon who I am sure are investigating:
A bright light caught my attention, started at it for minutes. found it wierd that it would not move spot, had a good viewing spot from my window. it was bright, flashing the lights i mentioned, with out moving. then it went dark, like it was gone. it was over the mountains, where it is pitch black at this time of the day.
