The following exert is an eye witness statement. Please read into it what you will. This has been reported to mufon who I am sure are investigating:
When i was looking out of my window i saw this bright light and thought it was a star at first but then it began to move the light fizzled out then came back it went over the house so i went to another room to record it i also checked on flight radar and the iss tracker and there was no planes in the area nor was the iss anywhere near this object was a solid light with no flashing lights so definitely not an airplane
