UFO Sighting in Victoria, British Columbia on 2019-02-25 19:10:00 – Putting out recycling and a bright star slightly brightened and blinked out. no more then that, no less.

The following exert is an eye witness statement. Please read into it what you will. This has been reported to mufon who I am sure are investigating:

I was putting my recycling out at night and on my way back from the road, i looked up to the right in the sky and a whiter and brighter than normal star, slightly got brighter and blinked out. it was just no longer there, just darkness. i just froze mid step and stared for about 45 seconds. immediately my right temple started to throb, gently and get warmer.I came in and reported this.
