UFO Sighting in Norwich, Vermont on 2018-07-31 13:05:00 – Cone shaped object flying silently to the ne from the sw, red reflection

The following exert is an eye witness statement. Please read into it what you will. This has been reported to mufon who I am sure are investigating:

I’m not sure what to make of this. witnessed a silent conical or pyramidal shaped object at distance which was flying silently sw to ne. not a helicopter, was flying high enough to go behind fluffy white clouds in a mainly blue sky and emerged again. speed was not rapid, not plane speed and i think slower than a helicopter. was too brief to get a full handle on distance. it appeared to be reflecting on the base, very red colour, this was not a strobe or aircraft light but more general sun reflection off metal. it was entirely unlike any other flying craft i have ever seen, but it’s possible i caught a normal object at a weird angle, i do not believe so though. i grabbed my phone and tried to get pics, but was shooting through glass, not very clean glass. only two seem to show the object but very unclear as i hadn’t got time to focus, zoom and aim etc so i don’t think they add much. object went behind clouds again and did not reemerge, i guess 30 secs total sighting. seen at home through bedroom window which was open, hence i know it was silent.
